Anchored.
When the practice finally works, that is not the finish line – it is the moment to cultivate it until it holds by itself.
For a long time, aligning with my inner voice was effort – something I did with closed eyes and full attention, and lost again somewhere between breakfast and the first email. Lately it has started simply being there: calm, clarity, a certainty about what to do. My first impulse was to call that arrival.
The letter reads that state back to me and then, instead of congratulating, gives the one instruction that matters: cultivate this. What arrived can leave again; it stays through practice, until it is anchored deep enough to happen automatically. "Being Whole" is that practice in guided form – the aligning and connecting the letter names. And the certainty it speaks of – that what feels good is also good – stands on the same honest asking that "Good Enough" practiced.
If the practice is finally carrying you too, this letter is for exactly that day – not to celebrate the arrival, but to keep walking.
Dear traveler,
You are calm. You are in clarity. You are at peace. You are you.
You have discovered how to align yourself with your inner being. How to connect yourself with earth and universe. How to let yourself be guided. Now you can act from this inner truth. From the certainty that what feels good is also good.
Cultivate this practice. Until it is so anchored that it happens automatically.
Thank you for being here.
If something in these letters stayed with you, take it along – think about it, write your own answer, or just let it sit.
And if not today, that's okay too. There's no rush.
Until next time,
– Jan
