Terms of Use.
Effective: 29 August 2026 · Version 1.0
1. What this is.
The Way of Creation is a website with writings, two blogs, a gallery, an interactive Manifest guide, and an AI companion on Telegram, published by the operator of thewayofcreation.com, based in Switzerland ("we"). These terms govern your use of all of it. Using the site or the companion means you accept them; for the companion you are asked explicitly before your first conversation.
2. Not therapy – this one matters.
The writings, the Manifest guide, and the companion are spiritual and creative companionship. They are not therapy, not medical or psychological care, and no substitute for any of these. The companion is an AI, not a therapist and not a human being.
If you are in a crisis, if you are thinking about harming yourself, or if you are dealing with serious psychological distress – please turn to a professional, someone you trust, or a local crisis line. That is not a step away from your way; it can be part of it.
3. AI-generated responses.
The Manifest guide and the companion generate their responses automatically with AI language models. The companion speaks from the writings of this site, but its answers are generated, not written by a person – they can be incomplete, inaccurate, or plainly wrong, and they are not professional advice of any kind. What you do with an answer stays your decision and your responsibility. Take what resonates, verify what matters, and leave the rest.
4. The companion – access, limits, invitations.
The companion is currently free to use, accessible by invitation, and comes with usage limits – a monthly allowance per account, with hourly and daily pacing. When your allowance runs out, it renews on the 1st of the month, or earlier when someone new joins through your invite link (a limited number of times per month). The current limits are shown in the companion's messages; we may adjust limits, the invitation mechanics, and availability as the service grows, and may introduce paid plans later – you will be told inside the chat before anything changes for you.
We provide the companion as it is, without a guarantee of availability. Abuse – automated traffic, circumventing usage limits, creating accounts to farm invitation resets, or using the companion to harm others – can lead to access being withdrawn.
5. Content and copyright.
The writings, images, and other content of this site belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. The "Care of Souls" blog contains texts by their named author, translated and published with her permission. You are welcome to read, link, and quote briefly with attribution; republishing content wholesale needs permission. What you write to the companion is yours; the license you grant us is only what is needed to run the service as described in the privacy policy.
6. Your part.
Use the site and the companion lawfully and don't abuse them to violate the rights of others. The conversation with the companion is yours – bring what is yours to bring, and leave other people's secrets and personal data out of it where they haven't agreed.
7. Warranty and liability.
The site and the companion are provided free of charge, as they are. We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for personal injury, and where mandatory law applies. To the extent permitted by law (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations), any further liability – in particular for slight negligence and for indirect or consequential damage, including consequences of acting on AI-generated responses without your own judgment (see § 3) – is excluded. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
8. Changes.
We may update these terms as the site and the companion evolve. The version published here applies; material changes to the companion's terms are announced in the chat, and where they need it, your consent is asked again.
9. Governing law.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
