Hearing Yourself.
The quiet part of you always knows – it just almost never shouts.

“Hear yourself” sounds banal, and Bella says so in her first line – we talk to the voice in our head all day. She means the other one: the quiet knowing that registers within seconds of walking into a room, before a single argument has been made.
Her example is the whole mechanism in miniature: you feel it immediately – leave, or stay – and then the mind arrives with “you have to,” “it would be awkward,” and the signal slips back into the shadow. Examples of Letting Go or Choosing works through exactly this: ordinary situations, and the inner signals that tell you what's true right now. The compass exists in everyone. The practice is noticing it – and daring to trust it.
She's honest about the price: silence inside, courage, sometimes risk. And about the return: life changes – quietly, deeply, radically.
🌸 Hearing yourself
“Hear yourself” – sounds banal.
It seems we hear ourselves 24/7.
That inner voice – we talk with it all day long.
How could you not hear it?
But in truth, hearing yourself
means more than just “hearing the voice in your head.”
It's about intuition.
About inner instinct.
About that quiet part of us
which always knows, but almost never shouts.
Everyone has this feeling.
Just not everyone knows how to notice it.
And not everyone knows how to trust it.
You walk into a meeting –
and within the first seconds you feel:
you want to leave. Or the opposite – to stay.
That is your inner knowing.
But the mind interferes at once:
“You have to,”
“It's expected,”
“It would be awkward”…
And the intuition retreats into the shadow again.
How often have you felt it?
A small warning. A sign.
We live from the mind so much of the time.
And we all know what comes of that 😅
Living by listening to yourself isn't easy.
It takes silence inside.
Courage. Trust.
Sometimes – even risk.
But if you begin… Life changes.
Quietly, deeply, radically.
Thank you for reading.
If her words reached somewhere mine don't – good. That's what this blog is for. Take what fits and leave the rest.
