Examples of Letting Go or Choosing.

Life keeps confronting us with moments where we find ourselves at a crossroads: Should we let go – or is it time to make a clear decision? This question isn’t an intellectual puzzle but an invitation to inner honesty. The dance between surrender and conscious intention asks us to feel deeply – not with the mind, but with body, heart, and intuition. Because both – letting go and choosing – aren’t opposites, but expressions of the same awareness: truly listening to life.

How do I know what’s needed right now?

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. But there are clues. They don’t lie in outside opinions or arguments, but in the quality of our inner response to what is. Do you feel tension, pressure, or the urge to control something at all costs? That might be a sign it’s time to let go. Or is there a quiet but clear voice inside saying: “Now’s the time to act” – even if fear is present? Then a conscious decision might be ready.

The difference often lies in the inner attitude: Does the impulse come from fear – or from a place of inner alignment? Intuition is calm and clear, while fear is pushy and dramatic. They are two very different energies.

Three concrete examples.

1. Relationship conflicts:
A friend hasn’t been in touch for months, they’ve pulled away, you feel hurt and want clarity. Letting go could mean not judging their distance, just allowing space – without inner resentment. Choosing could mean actively seeking a conversation or stepping back from the relationship if it no longer feels nourishing. Both can be right – depending on what feels aligned.

2. Creative block:
You’re working on a project that once mattered to you, but now it feels stuck. Maybe it’s time to release the pressure, let go of what you thought you “had to achieve,” and simply reconnect with what truly wants to come through you. Or maybe you feel: “I’ve been avoiding this too often” – then it’s time to choose to commit, to sit down for an hour each day with the process, even if it starts out clunky.

3. Life change:
You feel empty in your job. Letting go could mean releasing the idea that security is your top priority – and allowing yourself to really feel the dissatisfaction. The decision could follow: to reorient, take a break, or bravely take the first step toward a heart project.

What really matters is the quality of your inner sensing: Whether it’s letting go or choosing – both are intuitive processes. They feel calm and clear. But when we try to control or force something – like clinging to a relationship at all costs or pushing creativity – we often end up feeling tight, anxious, or confused.

The wisdom of the body.

Our body often speaks before the mind does. Tightness in the chest, a lump in the throat, heavy fatigue – these can be signs we’re holding on where something is ready to leave. A deep breath, a sense of relief when thinking “I don’t have to control this anymore” – those are signals for letting go.

At the same time: A flutter in the belly, a quickened pulse, the sense of “Now’s the time!” – can be hints that a decision is ready. Don’t just listen to your thoughts. Tune in to the subtle sensations. They often know the truth before your words do.

Between courage and trust.

Letting go needs trust. Choosing needs courage. And both need awareness. It’s not about doing the “right” thing – but about following the inner path that feels alive.

Sometimes letting go is a deep act of maturity: acknowledging that something is no longer aligned. Sometimes choosing is a bold expression of our creative power: a clear yes to a new path, even if the destination isn’t fully clear yet.

In both cases, you’ll feel more alive – not because everything suddenly becomes easier, but because you’re acting in tune with your inner truth.

An inner experiment.

Take a moment. Think of a situation where you feel uncertain: Let go or take action? Then imagine both possibilities honestly.
What happens in your body when you imagine letting go? What happens when you imagine making a choice?

Don’t answer with your head. Feel where there’s expansion, where your breath deepens. That’s often the clearest guide.

The dance continues.

This dance never ends. There won’t be one moment where you’ve fully “mastered” it. But with every experience, your sensitivity grows – and so does your inner confidence in letting yourself be guided or grabbing the wheel at the right moment.

It’s a dance of listening and acting, of being and doing, of surrender and choice. And this dance is life.

Your invitation.

What decision is currently waiting in your life – or what wants to be released? Where do you feel stuck – and where is something in you calling for responsibility?

Maybe right now is the moment to pause. And to listen.

The Way of Creation – Manifested in 2025

The Origin of The Way of Creation was back in 2016, while journeying through the mesmerizing landscapes of Maui, Hawaii. I was privileged to meet an inspiring woman who channeled to me the wisdom that would later be recognized as The Way of Creation.

It was a profound encounter, but the depth of its meaning would not resonate with me immediately. Another seven transformative years ensued, filled with spiritual explorations and diverse mentors. This continuous journey, far from its end, has anchored me more deeply to my authentic self, the rhythms of nature, and the embrace of love.

The Way of Creation isn't merely a tool shared with me years ago; it became an essence I needed to mature into. The act of building this website, in itself, was a process of deeply engaging with and applying of this tool.

I'm excited to share this gift with you – hoping it will support you on your journey. If it touches you, I'd love to hear from you. And if you feel like it, a donation is welcome to ensure this tool remains available to all seekers.
