States, Not Places.
Survival, awareness, trust – the dimensions people argue about, translated back into what they always were, inner states.
If you've spent any time in the spiritual corners of the internet, you've met the dimension-talk: 3D people, 5D consciousness, ascension. It can sound like insider code – or like a physics claim nobody can back up. Bella opens with a wink and settles it in one line: metaphors, not measurements.
What she maps in a few short strokes is a road I know well. Her 3D – survive, provide, hold on to control – is the vicious circle Fear and Control walks through: fear grabbing for a control that was never there. And her 5D is no higher realm for special people; it's a state of trust, openness, love. Not somewhere to get to. Something to come back to.
In between lies the level where most of us live once we begin noticing our own thoughts and fears – and the noticing, she says, is already the transition. Here is her map.
Let me start by saying these are metaphors, not physical dimensions from a physics textbook🤭 A language for inner states, not a literal parallel world.
3D – the world of material reality
4D – the world of consciousness, time, emotions, transition
5D – a state of expanded perception, trust, unity
3D is a focus on material reality.
On the body, money, things, status, safety.
It's the level where the main thing is to survive, provide for yourself, hold on to control.
4D is the level of awareness.
When a person begins to notice their thoughts, emotions, fears, scripts.
It's a period of transition: questions appear, reevaluation, a search for meaning.
5D is a state of trust.
It's openness to life and to people. It's love for yourself, for others, and for the world.
Thank you for reading.
If her words reached somewhere mine don't – good. That's what this blog is for. Take what fits and leave the rest.
