One Among Many.
There is no one right way – share your work, then let it go.
I had finished something, shared it – and then caught myself hovering over it. Explaining it. Defending it. Secretly hoping everyone would see that this was the way to do it.
This letter took the wind out of that. It says my creation is one possibility among many, all of them valid – so share it, don't preach it. In Surfing the Ocean of Truth the same movement shows up from the other side: you ride the wave, and then you give it back.
The letter is below. It ends with a line I still repeat to myself.
Dear traveler,
There is never just the one right path. There are as many paths as there are souls – and many more. And each one of them is valid.
Our creations may help others, inspire them – and thus spark new creations. But we should never forget to also let go of our creations and appreciate them simply for what they are. To let them be, just as they are.
Because a creation represents just one possibility of manifestation – one specific potential among many.
Share it, but don't preach it.
Share it, but don't sell it.
Thank you for being here.
If something in these letters stayed with you, take it along – think about it, write your own answer, or just let it sit.
And if not today, that's okay too. There's no rush.
Until next time,
– Jan
